| How does GLASSBEADS.NL work? |

Creating an account.
| Why your own account? |
| The first time you order something through this site,
you will be asked to create an account by providing your company and address details. This information is used by us
to identify you as customer of the goods you have ordered. Your information is stored in a database and is secured by
your unique, personal password. The advantages of an account are that you will not need to provide this info with your
next order and you can always access your order history on the system and query the status of your current order(s).
Once logged in, you also have access to your personal address book. You only need to login once you put products in
the cart. All customers who have not yet created an account in our web shop, must do so before they can use the web
shop; this includes customers who have placed orders through email and our old website. . |
Password.
| I have lost my password? |
| This is not a problem. You can request the system to
create and send you a new password through the link “Password forgotten” on the login screen. The password is generated by the
system; we do not have access to your password. Once your have received your new password, you can use it to login to the web
shop and change your password through “My account”.

| How can I change my password? |
| If you ever wish to change your password, you can do so yourself.
After you have logged-in to the web shop, you click on "my account" in the navigation bar. U will be directed to the “My account
information” screen. Here you have the option to change your account information, maintain your address book and change
your password. |
The Shoping cart.
| How does the Shopping cart work?? |
| The shopping cart is basically a list of all the products you
have added to the cart while you where shopping through the web shop. You can change the quantity of each product or remove the
product totally from the cart. You do this by clicking on “Cart content” in the top right on the navigation bar or clicking on
the “shopping cart” on the right of the screen. You will see a list of all the products you have added to the shopping cart.
For each product you can change the quantity you want to buy or remove it from the cart. |
Log-in.
| Must I first log-in? |
| Not necessarily. If you are not registered as a client
but you already have stored some articles in the cart, the shops program will remember this. If you log-in during this session,
these products will be transferred from the visitors cart to your client cart. The log-in screen will mention it if you cart
already contains products. If you do want to pay immediately, the contents of the car will be saved until your next visit.
If you have not created an account, but have products in the visitors cart, then these products will be lost once you leave
the site. Shopping cart information is only maintained for customers with an account. |
Wholesale prices.
| I am logged in, but do not see wholesale prices? |
| If you meet the requirements for buying against our wholesale prices, then you
must send us an email in accordance with the instruction on Wholesaleprices.
You will receive an email from us confirming your wholesale account as soon as we have changed your account to a wholesale account.
You can then login to the web shop and you will see the wholesale prices on the site. Any product that you have placed in the
shopping cart will be converted to wholesales prices, as long as yoy have not send (confirmed) the order to us.(verzonden). |
The address book.
| Why an address book? |
| This is a very practical option. In this book you can save up to
5 shipment addresses (your shop, home address etc). You can access the address book through the "my account" link at the top of
the screen. It is always possible to change or delete these addresses |
Order payment.
| How do I pay my orders? |
| Our shop supports two ways of shipment, which are directly linked to
to payment methods;

| Shipping by registered post; if you select this shipment
method, then you select to pay your order by Money transfer. When you confirm your order the system will
tell you the amount of your order. We ask you to wait however with transferring the order total until you receive an
email from us with the exact amount of your order. In some cases we will not be able to send you the product as they are
no longer in stock or the quality of the products in stock is damaged and not suitable for shipment. In these cases the final
amount you will need to transfer to our account will be different from what the system indicated. |

| Cash on delivery; if you select this shipment method,
your order will be shipped as soon as it is ready. We do not have to wait with shipping it, until we have received your
money transfer, as you will pay through the postman or postal office when you receive or collect the package. |
Remarks, special wishes.
| I forgot something in my order, I have special wishes? |
| It is not possible to add products to your order once it is
confirmed and send to us. You can however create a new order and use the comment field to CLEARLY request we add this order to
your earlier order. You can also send us an email with this request, to make sure we see your new order in time. This additional
order can lead to a small delay in sending your order. If you have other comments or wishes around your order, please feel free to
use the comment field or send us an email. |
Order details and order status.
| What order details can I review? |
| When login you can review the details of your orders. You can
review you previous orders and review your current order status. To review your order status you select “My account” and then you
select “Previous orders”. Behind each order you find the details of the status of that order. The following are available order
statussus:

| Order received (your order is received) |

| Order Processing (your order is being processed, you will receive an email
with the exact total amount of the order) |

| Order shipped (your order is being shipped,
if you have selected money transfer, it also means your payment was received) |
