If there are issues with a shipment we request you to contact us FIRST, before you return any goods or the shipment. Below are a number of guidelines;

Parcels that have visible damage should be rejected when the parcels are delivered. If the parcel is accepted there is no possibility to claim for damages anymore.
Claims concerning incorrect shipped items and incomplete shipments (WITH UNDAMAGED CARTONS) must be received within 2 working days. Complaints about the quality must be received within 8 days. We reserve the right to request the original packaging to be included with the return shipment. |

Return shipments will ONLY be accepted after you have notified us of the reason you are returning the goods and we have accepted that reason.

The shipment must be adequately packaged, if the shipment looks like it was damaged, we will reject the shipment.

The shipment must have adequate postage paid. Any shipment with insufficient postage paid will be refused.

The return shipment travels at your risk and responsibility. We recommend you insure and use registered post for your shipment.

|
In case we create a credit note, we will not physically return the money to you but the credit amount will be used to offset your future purchases.
